Minimum Qualifications
A master’s degree in organizational behaviour / industrial-organizational psychology OR a master’s degree in social / personality psychology with at least 2 courses at the graduate level in organizational psychology.
A strong academic record along with previous experience teaching this course or a similar course at the undergraduate level OR experience with activities related to teaching this course (e.
g., experience being a teaching assistant, teaching some sessions of the course, experience in course development etc.), OR professional experience in a related field (e.
g., communication consultant, management consultant, public relations); previous experience teaching a university-level course, in the field of communications, with consistent, strong course evaluations.
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the minimum, a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior or Industrial-Organizational Psychology OR a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management / Social / Personality Psychology with at least 2 courses at the graduate level in organizational behaviour / organizational psychology.
A strong academic record along with previous experience teaching this course or a similar course at the undergraduate level with good teaching evaluations.
Duties
All normal duties related to the design and teaching of a university credit course, including preparation and delivery of course content;
development, administration and marking of assignments, tests and exams; calculation and submission of grades, holding regular office hours and maintaining reasonable availability for student and administrative contact, supervision of T.A. assigned to course.

Salary for a half-course (0.50 FCEs) inclusive of vacation pay : The Sessional Lecturer I rate of pay will be $9,457.89. Sessional Lecturer I-Long Term rate of pay will be $9,930.
79. Sessional Lecturer II rate of pay will be $10,121.76. Sessional Lecturer II-Long Term rate of pay will be $10,326.61.
Sessional Lecturer III rate of pay will be $10,362.76. Sessional Lecturer III-Long Term rate of pay will be $10,570.01.
