Job Description
Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for driving digital innovation? We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead a critical, large-scale digital transformation initiative.
What You'll Do :
- Strategic Leadership : Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Agile Project Management : Employ agile methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Risk Mitigation : Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, developing effective contingency plans.
- Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, technical teams, and business units.
- Team Leadership : Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
What You'll Need :
- Proven Experience : Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation initiatives.
- Certifications : PMP or equivalent certification.
- Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong Communication Skills : Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving Skills : A knack for identifying and resolving issues, making data-driven decisions.
