Construction Skilled Laborer Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Construction Skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, a range of construction and maintenance skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform a variety of basic construction, maintenance, and repair tasks on our projects.
- Execute complex repairs as needed to ensure smooth operation of projects.
- Follow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Set up and break down work areas, ensuring proper organization and cleanliness.
- Operate power and hand tools efficiently and safely.
- Load and unload materials as required for project completion.
- Perform general clean-up duties and other assigned tasks to contribute to overall project success.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a skilled laborer or in a related position.
- Solid understanding of basic construction and maintenance techniques.
- Proficient in the use of power and hand tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle labor-intensive tasks.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
