The position is located in London, Ontario. Offering evening hours from Monday to Friday, 4 PM - 8 PM in office.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks relating to the operations of the Service Centre.
- Provide problem resolution for customers
- Verify and process U.S. Customs documents (training will be provided)
- Data entry of required billing information
- Ensure accuracy of bills of lading
- Enter freight invoices into system
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of work experience in administration, customer service or related field
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Organized with the ability to multi task
- Excellent computer / data entry skills
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (ASSETS)
Experience in the transportation industry
