Responsibilities
- Coordinate project work.
- Manage new account start-ups
- Manage accurate assessment and delivery of services
- Follow up and manage results from Quality Assurance inspections and customer communication
- Manage health and safety protocols on designated sites
- Perform random documented safety inspections and meetings
- Monitor and inspect equipment and cleaning products for correct labeling, storage, and condition
- Manage proper reporting of WCB and liaison between People and Culture representatives
- Track labor costs through timekeeping using eHub
- Manage financial aspects of contracts on designated sites
- Manage supplies on designated sites
- Manage shift coverage due to vacancy and vacation requests
- Assist in hiring key staff
- Deployment and training / re-education of staff on cleaning processes, latest technologies, and cleaning procedures as determined by site.
- Take part in the weekly plan, action, and review meetings
- Attend all mandatory company meetings
- Maintain "new staff request log" and ensure it is up to date
