Position : Office Manager Location : Ahuntsic - HybridSalary : $70K (depending on experience)Are you an experienced Office Manager with a background in payroll processing and input management?

Our client a well-established Medical Clinic, is seeking an Office Manager with administrative expertise to join their dynamic team.

This position offers a great opportunity to apply your skills in payroll, including managing employee files, while contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Benefits for you : - Competitive salary of $70K, based on your experience- Generous vacation allowance (depending on experience)- Attractive pension fund to secure your future- Hybrid work model with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote- Flexible work schedule Requirements : - At least 3 years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant- Strong background in human resources, including familiarity with Law 25, handling illnesses, CNESST, and contracts- Proven expertise in payroll management, including RRSPs, salaries, accrued time, illness, and vacation- Exceptional French communication skills, both spoken and written- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPointRole : - Offer invaluable support to the General Manager and team, contributing to key priorities and exciting projects- Coordinate and organize meetings, ensuring all materials and agendas are prepared with precision- Craft and prepare essential documentation for activities, events, and meetings to keep things running smoothly- Manage correspondence and ensure timely follow-ups to meet deadlines- Oversee the filing of both electronic and paper documents with a keen eye for detail- Maintain up-to-date company records and handle crucial documentation- Take charge of employee files, timesheets, payroll processing, and manage sick leave or work accident records- Assist with clerical and financial operations, including tracking remuneration statistics and handling salary adjustmentsPlease forward your resume in Word format to Cristina Bilbao at cristina.
