Responsibilities

Leadthe design of test strategy plans scenarios scripts or proceduresfor testing

GeneralSkills

• Experiencecoordinating the test strategy and plan with project managers andothers
• Experiencewriting and reviewing a test strategy for the project and testpolicy for the organization.
• Experiencecontributing the testing perspective to other project activitiessuch as development integration testing etc.
• Experienceplanning the tests considering the context and understanding thetest objectives and risk including selecting test approachesestimating the time effort and cost of testing acquiring resourcesdefining test levels cycles and planning incident management
• Experienceinitiating the specification preparation implementation and oftests monitor the test results and check the exit criteriaExperience adapting planning based on test results andprogress(tweaking the plan) and take necessary actions tocompensate for problems Experience introducing suitable metrics formeasuring test progress and evaluating the quality of the testingand product.
• Experienceproviding input to test automation strategy test automationframework roadmap
• Experienceselecting tools to support testing and organize any training intool use for testers
• Experiencecoordinating usage and assignment of test environment with allstakeholders.
• Experiencewriting test summary reports based on the information gatheredduring testing.
• Experienceexecuting full lifecycle software development
• Experienceprogramming welldesigned testable efficient code Experiencecreating / producing specifications and determine operationalfeasibility Experience leading / providing guidance to team members
