Responsibilities
- Accelerate the growth of the Quaker Nutritious Portable Foods (NPF / Bars) portfolio by leading the strategic planning process, including Business Review, Total Connections Planning, Annual Operating Planning, Innovation Planning, and Commercialization that are grounded in consumer insights that ultimately create consumer demand and drive positive share growth.
- Create consumer-centric plans across the Bars portfolio by leading consumer touchpoints, including brand positioning, innovation, communications, media, in-store, sampling, and experiential initiatives.
- Partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders (Digital, Insights, Customer Development, Sales Strategy, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Legal) and external agency partners to bring to life strong consumer and commercial plans.
- Budget ownership and accountability for leveraging Advertising & Media resources to maximize ROI across the Bars portfolio.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Business degree preferred)
- Proven strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead internal and external partners in the development and execution of consumer and commercial plans.
