A growing Trucking and Warehousing company, that offered transportation, storage and logistics services, currently growing their operations team and is seeking a Dispatcher for the evening shift.

Advantages
- Permanent full time Monday to Friday
- Shift 3 pm to 11 : 30 pm
- Salary depending on experience, ranges from 55k to 65k
- Company compensation package, 50% covered by employer
- Vacation 2 / 3 weeks, depending on experience

- Parking on site
Responsibilities
- Receiving orders via system or email, plan the shipment
- Update customers on requests and shipments
- Create daily trips, attach orders for each driver in the system
- Tracing drivers
- Organizing next day trips / loads
- Print drivers itineraries
- Monitoring day to day emails
- Updating clients on delivery status, return status
- Dispatch for about 15 drivers, LTL / FTL for Quebec / Ottawa lanes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in a transportation industry handling dispatching or similar role
- Fluently bilingual, French and English
- Strong geographical knowledge of Quebec is an asset
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Reliable and motivated
