Our client is seeking an Intermediate HR Analyst to troubleshoot and provide support for HR Systems (Workday, SuccessFactors) in the oil and gas industry
Must-Haves :
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience working with HR Systems
- Experience with HRIS platforms including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow
- Proficiency in HR data management, data integrity, and security best practices
- Oil and gas industry experience
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide excellence customer service support both internally and externally to HR.
- Administer HR processes, including onboarding, position management, promotions, terminations, and leave administration, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Partner with HR to troubleshoot and enhance system functionality.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security across the employee life cycle (e.
g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, internal security policies, and best practices, proactively mitigating risks to sensitive HR data.
- Perform regular audits and data clean-ups to maintain the accuracy and completeness of HR data.
- Provide system training and support to HR team members and other stakeholders to enhance system utilization and understanding.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Support the system execution of the annual HR programs such as compensation cycles, and new grad and student cycles.
