Our client in Pointe Claire is currently looking for an Executive Assistant for a temporary to possible permanent position.
The company is constantly growing and is looking to add a new member to the team as the Executive Assistant to the President.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the optimization and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the optimization and transformation of processes in collaboration with a team of professionals who strongly believe in the value of teamwork.

Responsibilities
Manage the Presidents agenda ensuring that he attends the necessary appointments and meetings according to established priorities;
Screen calls and emails as needed and follow up as necessary
Follow-up as necessary; Debrief emails and communications regularly throughout the day; Draft various official documents;
Schedule and coordinate attendance, agenda, minutes,
preparing the room and supplies for meetings attended by the President and any other necessary meetings, as required; Follow-up with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with meeting deadlines
Organize and reserve meals, rooms, meetings, travel and business trips; Collaborate in the coordination of various activities;
Structure and maintain an efficient filing system for emails, electronic and paper files.
Support the senior management team, as needed; Participate in corporate presentations for various needs; Actively participate in the development of appropriate marketing tools (corporate brochures, quarterly newsletter, etc.);
Assist in coordinating the participation of the President and the company in various events to increase visibility; All other related tasks.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10-15 years of relevant experience directly related to administrative support;
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook);
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written);
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, take initiative;
- Be available when needed
- Exercise good judgment, anticipate needs / requirements and be comfortable working under time constraints and pressure;
- Demonstrate discretion, be customer-focused, pay attention to detail.
- Discretion, customer focus, attention to detail and the ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment;
