University Recruitment Coordinator
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is looking for a professional to support its university recruitment activities and manage its student programs.
Under the supervision of the Director of Student Programs and University Recruitment, this person will play a key role in supporting recruitment processes, in collaboration with various law schools.
They will also coordinate the summer and internship programs for the firm's law students, while contributing to the Legal Talent team.
What is in it for you :
- Salary : Between $55.000 and $65.000 per year, depending on experience.
- Permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week).
- Schedule from Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm.
- Hybrid work : 2 days remote, with mandatory presence in the office on Wednesdays.

Responsibilities :
University Recruitment
- Manage university sponsorship agreements and their follow-up.
- Organize on-campus and in-house recruitment activities (logistics, decoration, gifts, catering, promotional materials, registrations).
- Participate in the marketing strategy for recruitment (advertisements, Instagram content, promotional items).
- Coordinate the annual recruitment process for the Internship Race, including interviews and related events.
- Update lists and statistical tables (applications and recruitment by faculty).
- Monitor the student department's budget and handle expenditures of the Legal Talent team.
Summer Programs and Internships
- Manage all administrative processes surrounding the hiring, departures, and returns of summer students and Bar trainees.
- Track and process timesheets for part-time students during the academic year.
- Coordinate training programs for students and trainees (schedule, trainers, logistics).
- Organize internal social events for students.
- Manage the evaluation process for summer students and Bar trainees, as well as documentation for the Bar School.
- Serve as the contact point for students regarding the firm's policies and protocols.
- Prepare and maintain various reports and schedules for planning student cohorts.
- Collaborate with the national student programs team and provide support for other firm initiatives.
What you will need to succeed :
- College or university degree.
- 3 years of relevant experience in a professional environment.
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) to assist clients in both languages.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative spirit, excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proactivity, management of unforeseen events and priorities.
- Undeniable team spirit.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint software.
