My client is looking for a assistant strore manager to support the store manager in daily operations, employee scheduling, people management, assisting other sales reps and other adhoc duties.

Responsibilities
Guide, mentor, and train sales representatives to ensure they understand and follow sales strategies and procedures.
Create and manage work schedules, assigning specific tasks to sales representatives.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Hold monthly documented meetings with the team.
- Manage underperforming team members.
- Supervise store opening and closing procedures.
- Lead shift meetings (opening, mid-day, and closing).
- Oversee the inventory of store supplies.
- Boost store and individual sales while on the sales floor
Qualifications
- Previous leadership qualities and skills
- Highly motivated and organised
- Problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to work flexible work schedule
