Responsibilities :
Oversight and coordination of multidisciplinary design teams, including quality and technical review of drawings, specifications, reports, budget and schedules.
Coordination of multiple design and construction projects including the scheduling, reporting and uploading of project deliverables.
Manage project financial tracking and record keeping.
Completion of purchase order requests, work plans, invoicing, sub-consultant purchase orders.
Follow established document processing control systems.
Communications with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors both verbal and written.
Qualifications :
Post secondary education in civil engineering
Minimum 6 years of experience leading large municipal projects involving site development, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and / or watermain construction.
P.Eng required. PMP certification is beneficial.
Demonstrated design and coordination experience.
CAD knowledge required.
Knowledge of scheduling software (MS Project) required.
