RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plans, directs, organizes and controls all activities of the commercial projects division
- In collaboration with management, establish the objectives of the commercial projects division, and formulate and approve its policies and programs.

Allocate the human, material and financial resources required to implement the company's

formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve the overall human resources management plan.

- Select middle managers, directors and other management personnel
- Represent the company, or delegate representatives, to act on behalf of the company in negotiations

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a leader
- Knowledge of the construction industry, specifically HVAC
- Mastery of construction codes (Quebec / Canada) as well as codes applicable to the field

- Minimum of five (5) years' experience
- Fluency in French and English
- Reading of plans and technical specifications
- Personnel management skills
