The Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Specialist to assist in the execution of hybrid work workstreams and the return to work process.
The individual will be responsible for various aspects of projects including building a schedule, logistics, drafting a communication strategy and communications, supporting the roll out to employees and transitioning the Return to Work solutions to the real estate operations team for ongoing operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized and flexible to support the most critical tasks needed. This role includes but is not limited to the following key responsibilities.
Key responsibilities :
- Define and document various Real Estate Operations program scopes, stakeholders, timelines and budget
- Work with vendors and internal clients on detailed logistics to execute programs
- Develop leadership and employee communication strategy
- Draft leadership and employee communications, intranet updates, etc
- Define operational processes to receive and execute on employee requests for Return to Work and Hybrid work environments.
- Collaborate and review proposals with stakeholders including human resources, real estate operations and hybrid working group
- Support rollout of both programs to employees
- Transition new programs & changes to the Real Estate Operations team
- Provide regular stakeholder updates that can be used to brief real estate leadership and hybrid steering committee
- Assess & mitigate risks / actions / decisions / issues and escalate as needed
- Support other hybrid / real estate worksteams as workload / capacity allows and assigned
