Responsibilities :

ProductOwnership : Own and develop the product roadmap prioritizinghighimpact features that align with customer needs and businessgoals in the fintechspace.

CrossFunctionalCollaboration : Work closely with engineering design data andcompliance teams to ensure seamless product development and timelydelivery.

CustomerCentricDevelopment : Leverage customer feedback data insights and userresearch to refine features enhance user experience and driveproduct innovation.

DualTrackAgile Process : Implement SVPG s dualtrack agile approach overseeingboth discovery and delivery tracks to ensure ideas are fullyvalidated beforedevelopment.

MetricsDrivenManagement : Set monitor and analyze key product metrics to assessimpact refine strategy and guide future productdecisions.

Innovation &Scalability : Lead initiatives around emerging technologies infintech ensuring products remain competitive secure andscalable.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 / 6 years in product management with at least 3 yearsfocused on fintech products orsolutions.

Previous consultingexperience is a nice to have and / or experience within a startup ormidtolarge firm is also a plus.

Proven experience implementing Silicon Valley Product Group (SVPG)principles including dualtrack agile empowered teams and anoutcomefocused mindset.

Strongtechnical background or familiarity with APIs payment gateways datasecurity and financialcompliance.

Experience withcustomercentric product development with a history of translatinguser needs into scalable impactfulproducts.

Excellent communicationskills to effectively engage with technical and nontechnicalstakeholders alike.

Located inthe Toronto GTA with the flexibility to workremotely.
