About the role
We are looking for a Vice-president Marketing & digital strategy to continue to grow the belairdirect brand and market shares across Canada.
Reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible for guiding the strategic development and execution of all marketing and digital initiatives, driving the growth of the company by enhancing brand awareness, improving marketing efforts, and increasing sales through digital and traditional marketing platforms.
The ideal candidate must have proven success in building performance marketing strategies across the customer lifecycle, driving ROI-based programs, and leading and developing a growth-oriented team.
You will playa key role in growing our brand awareness in Canada and driving growth by leveraging digital channels.
You will have a unique ability to take complexity and bring clarity in the marketing strategy and vision for the team. You will have a natural ability to collaborate cross-functionally with the teams to ensure there’s alignment on business priorities so you can do what’s right for our customers.

What you'll do :
Define and own the belairdirect brand vision . In collaboration with your team members, peers and partners, you will set and execute the long-term vision and strategy for belairdirect brand to attract Canadians attention, drive intent, action and advocacy.
Drive revenue marketing strategy in Canada and align all cross-functional activities to overarching marketing strategy to revenue growth.
Combine strategy, technology, and high-impact creativity to deliver scalable growth.
Provide oversight across all customer acquisition channels and work effectively with the extended marketing team and cross-functional partners in Sales, Relationship Management, and COE teams, to develop and execute revenue growth strategy.
Ensure strong understanding of the Canadian marketing , define marketing strategy, and oversee execution of our campaigns to drive revenue growth.
Create world-class marketing programs that scale lead generation and brand awareness. Own the systems and reporting will be required to scale and correctly attribute partners' contributions and program ROI.
Leading internally. Collaborate and influence cross-functionally across the company as well as other members of the Marketing team.
You will ensure a global, coherent, and impactful brand approach across the company, where each brand in the brand portfolio of Intact Financial Corporation speaks with a strong and differentiated voice.
Communicate to stakeholders across the organization . You will build authentic and enduring relationships with your peers, internal partners, and executives across our organization.
You will communicate the roadmap, potential impacts from brand decisions or initiatives on other teams and work collaboratively to improve the cross-funnel performance.
You will anticipate business challenges and stakeholders needs, proactively recommend solutions or improvements, communicate, and influence upstream, laterally, and downstream.
What you bring to the table
Extensive experience in senior leadership roles leading marketing & digital strategies while overseeing large teams.
Proven success in driving growth trough marketing initiatives, with a focus on digital solutions.
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
Teamwork and collaboration - an inclusive, influential, and inspiring leadership style that allows to rally people around common goals.
Demonstrated experience utilizing data-driven approaches to develop strategy from the ground up for customer acquisition and engagement via partner channels
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing a variety of viewpoints and mobilizing multiple actors, from all levels.
Open-minded and positive leader, who takes responsibility for both the successes and mistakes and who is energized by challenges and transformation.

Demonstrated ability to lead, recruit, engage and develop world-class marketing team.
Experience managing large budgets
High degree of emotional intelligence & self-awareness proven ability to lead through change, collaborating and building shared accountability and trust among large, diverse teams.
Bilingualism, French & English, is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
