Strong relationship builder with customers and internal teams.- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Language Requirements : English- Level of Proficiency Required : Advanced- Reasons for Language Requirement : Communicate with customers from outside Canada - Frequency of Use : Daily (for various tasks)Main Responsibilities : - Act as the main liaison between customers and internal Production, Engineering, Accounting and Quality (QA) teams throughout the sales process.
- Manage and prioritize multiple customer inquiries and orders simultaneously,- Provide timely responses to customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.- Assist in preparing sales quotations and proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
