Our challenge
We are seeking a Business Analyst in the Loan IQ domain. The resource will be joining our specialized team with expertise in supporting Banking, Capital Markets etc. domain projects.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with Ontario law, the base salary for this role if filled within Ontario is CAD$105k - $125k / year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities :
Primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and apply your Business Analysis skills and Domain proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Project initiation, Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, Design.
You will also deliver BRDs, Requirement’s specifications, modules / applications, and lead validation for all types of functional / non-functional testing and support activities related to tracking, work allocation and status reporting.

8+ years of experience in the required skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Experience of technology in business analyst capacity.
Expertise in Loan IQ, SQL, fixed income, and derivatives.
Experience in analyzing and interpreting financial data related to loans, fixed income securities, and derivative instruments.
Understanding of Loan IQ would be crucial for managing loan portfolios and ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance.
Knowledge of fixed income and derivatives would enable you to provide insights into market trends and risk management strategies.
Understand data model well.
Good with Excel / SQL / analytical skills.
Excellent communication and be able to work with multiple stakeholders.
MS Excel and PPT proficiency a must
Ability to communicate issues in a clear and timely manner to build trusting partnership with a wide variety of teams and stakeholders.
Work with cross functional geographically dispersed teams.
Working Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence
