Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies to promote employee well-being, diversity and inclusion.
- Support managers in integrating human-centered practices focused on respect and personal growth.
- Lead recruitment, integration and talent development processes to build inspiring and supportive teams.
- Lead training and workshops to strengthen communication and cohesion within the company.
- Supervise performance evaluations and support employees in their professional development.
- Ensure a healthy work environment that respects labor laws, while valuing everyone's voice and well-being.
Your profile :
- Degree in human resources, industrial relations or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a strong interest in human-centered initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of Quebec labor laws.
- Exceptional listening, empathy and communication skills.
- Experience in conflict management and change management.
- Bilingual French-English, to interact with a diverse team.
