Position Overview :
We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Line Workers to join our manufacturing team. As a key part of the production process, you will ensure the efficient assembly, handling, and quality assurance of steel components used in construction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate machinery and tools to cut, shape, and assemble steel components.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Handle raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production flow.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Previous experience in a steel manufacturing or a similar environment is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
