What you will be doing :
- Grow and maintain dealerships relationships of the brokerage in the Lower Mainland, particularly in Vancouver, Richmond and Burnaby.
- Manage training, coaching, performance evaluation of road agents.
- Guide the team in achieving their sales target.
What we are looking for :
- Must have road agent experience and proven relationships with dealerships
- Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in insurance
- 2 plus years of leadership / mentoring experience
- Level 2 license
- Great communications skills, comfortable in multi-tasking and must have good customer service skills
- A valid BC driver’s license and can drive to different dealerships in the Lower Mainland
