What you will be doing :
Develop and update Decathlon Canada's style guide and voice guidelines in both official languages (English and French).
Work within the editorial team to adapt content based on data and performance analysis.
Create content (print and digital flyers, website, advertising, radio, in-store visuals)
- Write projects in advertising and interactive communications;
- Work in synergy with the creative teams as well as with strategy and consultancy teams;
Contribute, through your creative vision, to the constant evolution of the process
Create bilingual newsletters in line with the company's communication and content strategies.
Assist in the workflow process, and develop new procedures and materials as required
Adapt written content in British English and French for Canadian audiences
Participate in the creation of editorial content for the advice section
Profile
Who you are :
French or English as mother tongue or perfect knowledge of both languages
5 to 7 years' proven professional experience in marketing / copywriting (required)
Bachelor's degree in communications or related discipline (writing, translation, journalism, etc.)
Strong copywriting and editing skills in both languages
Ability to master new work tools
Experience in employer branding - you've been involved in developing or promoting a company's employee value proposition
Excellent ability to write compelling, well-structured, value-added copy
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work legally in Canada
Assets :
