In-Store Installation Project Manager

We are currently looking for an In-Store Installation Project Manager who will function as a key liaison between the sales and manufacturing teams.
You will be responsible for the coordination of all client installation projects through client briefing & project development, quoting, planning and other services for small and large display projects.
This position will be headquartered in Brampton but will primarily work from home office.

Manage in-store installation programs and schedules for scale client projects.
Work with various departments including with on-site personnel and production teams to ensure project success through good communication on Client deliverables.
Responsible to understand and execute the complete scope of work and ensures all budgets and timelines are met.
May be required to attend installation of displays and in-store environments (which can require travel to stores in some cases).
Continuously strive to develop and tweak installation processes.
Maintain invoicing for all projects, including capture of all additional billable charges.
Prioritize workload when faced with multiple requests and changing business dynamics.

Post-secondary education with minimum three (3) years related experience in in-store signage installation and project management
Knowledge of in-store marketing execution and digital print process and substrates
Strong skills in PC-based software applications, particularly Word and Excel
Superior oral and written communications skills and organizational skills
Need to be able to read and understand production drawings and architectural drawings
Flexible work hours - Will need to be available for overnight installation initiatives
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple jobs simultaneously & managing prioritization of issues on a daily basis
