What can you expect :
As a member of the Customer Education team, the Knowledge and Content Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and other educational materials and media.
You play a key role in supporting our teams and clients as they learn to use existing features and adopt new ones. You will collaborate closely with the Technical Writer, Product and Product Marketing to ensure that information is accurate, clear and concise.
This 10-month contract is a maternity replacement. This position is a 10-month contract covering a maternity leave, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact during your tenure.
You'll be responsible for :
- Creating and updating articles on our client-facing Help Center;
- Collaborating with Product Marketing and Product to create documentation for new and existing features;
- Testing new features;
- Prioritizing article creation in relation to important deadlines and maintaining the backlog;
- Creating tutorial videos in Camtasia;
- Developing and adhering to standards for consistent terminology and naming conventions in partnership with key stakeholders from across the business;
- Translating articles when needed.
What we want from you :
- D.E.C in knowledge management, communications, literature, education or equivalent;
- 1-2 years of experience working as a Technical Writer or in Knowledge Management at a SaaS company (an asset);
- Bilingual (Excellent writing and speaking skills in French and English);
- Experience with copywriting tools (MS Office, Antidote / LanguageTool);
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Passionate about writing and language;
- Experience with tech tools we use such as Camtasia, Snagit, and Intercom (an asset).
