Job Requirements
- An undergraduate degree in civil engineering from an accredited post-secondary educational institution.
- 5+ years experience in relevant civil engineering positions.
- Experience with district energy pipe design.
- Experience delivering feasibility studies and detailed designs.
- Experience with specification writing and reviews.
- Registered or eligible for registration as a P.Eng. with EGBC.
- Demonstrate strong ability to work independently and as part of or leading a team.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a complex environment, dealing with multiple projects and clients.
- Possess strong communications skills (verbal and written) in a team environment.
- Committed team player and self-motivated.
- The capability and enthusiasm to bring in clients and projects.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil3D. and hydraulic modelling tools are an asset.
- Ability to prepare thermal stress analysis for hot water pipping systems and registering piping systems with TSBC are an asset.

The salary range for this position is $85,280.00 to $135,200.00 and is commensurate with experience relative to this position.
