About the Job
We are actively expanding our sales team to keep up with the explosive demand in Toronto for our Internal Communications SaaS product.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who has a knack for building relationships. You are the driving force behind new and ongoing sales opportunities, directly impacting our growth and success.
Your Impact
- Meet, or exceed, monthly KPIs and quota.
- Conduct tailored demonstrations of ContactMonkey to prospects based on the prospect's needs and priorities.
- Supplement your inbound pipeline via cold calls, personalized messages, customized videos, and LinkedIn.
- Establish trusted advisor status, delivering excellent customer experiences by sharing your ContactMonkey and industry knowledge
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help get prospective deals across the finish line
How You Can Stand Out
- Prior sales experience and an understanding of the full sales cycle lead generation, discovery and qualification, pricing, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing
- Eager-to-learn, coachable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Naturally curious and ready to identify and solve problems for clients
- Great active listening skills, the ability to uncover opportunities, and answering objections
About You
- Education in marketing, business or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who is naturally curious
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
