Job Responsibilities :
- Construct, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in manufacturing
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure precise assembly of tools and dies
- Operate machines such as lathes, grinders, milling machines, and CNC equipment
- Conduct tests to ensure tooling meets specifications and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of dies to ensure optimal production
- Collaborate with engineers and production staff to identify and solve manufacturing problems
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and report any issues or necessary improvements
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker
- Strong understanding of tool and die manufacturing techniques and machining processes
- Proficiency in operating machine tools, CNC machinery, and other related equipment
- Excellent blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing environments
