Located in Downtown Toronto (near the Disitillery District) our Volvo of Toronto Dealership is looking for a Pre-Owned Sales Manager.
Job Purpose
Responsible for thesales of all Pre-Owned vehicles, the profitability of the department and willassume responsibility for evaluating, purchasing, reconditioning, displayingand marketing the Pre-Owned vehicle inventory.
Core Accountabilities
- Prepare monthly andannual department objectives for the sales, gross turnover and expenses of thePre-Owned sales department.
- Follow up on allpotential buyers, by creating, implementing and closely monitoring a customersearch and sales control system.
- Provide his / hersupervisor with exact information on management of floor activities, on a dailybasis.
- Manage the marketing andadvertising activities.
- Complete transactionsheets and forwards them to accounting.
- Establish and maintainstandards for the delivery of vehicles to the customers.
- Process the SalesConsultants commission sheets.
- Evaluate incomingPre-Owned vehicles, ensuring that title of ownership and mechanical conditionand bodywork are all in order.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years of previous management experience in the automotive industry
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence
- Clear Driver’s Abstract
- Valid OMVIC registration
- Strong business acumen
- Professional appearance
