Located in Downtown Toronto (near the Disitillery District) our Volvo of Toronto Dealership is looking for a Pre-Owned Sales Manager.

Job Purpose

Responsible for thesales of all Pre-Owned vehicles, the profitability of the department and willassume responsibility for evaluating, purchasing, reconditioning, displayingand marketing the Pre-Owned vehicle inventory.

Core Accountabilities

  • Prepare monthly andannual department objectives for the sales, gross turnover and expenses of thePre-Owned sales department.
  • Follow up on allpotential buyers, by creating, implementing and closely monitoring a customersearch and sales control system.
  • Provide his / hersupervisor with exact information on management of floor activities, on a dailybasis.
  • Manage the marketing andadvertising activities.
  • Complete transactionsheets and forwards them to accounting.
  • Establish and maintainstandards for the delivery of vehicles to the customers.
  • Process the SalesConsultants commission sheets.
  • Evaluate incomingPre-Owned vehicles, ensuring that title of ownership and mechanical conditionand bodywork are all in order.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years of previous management experience in the automotive industry
  • Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence
  • Clear Driver’s Abstract
  • Valid OMVIC registration
  • Strong business acumen
  • Professional appearance
