- Pharmacist 3 : $57.45 - $71.77
- Pharmacist 4 : $59.05 - $73.76
- Pharmacist 5 : $61.31 - $76.58
- Pharmacist 6 : $63.63 - $79.47
- Pharmacist 6 +5% : $66.81 - $83.44
