- Comprehensive benefits package.- An opportunity to grow and make an impact within the fashion industry!What You'll Do : Production Coordination : - Communicate daily with fabric mills and overseas factories to ensure prototypes, pre-production, and samples are on track.
- Prepare and manage Bills of Materials for manufacturing partners.- Collaborate with teams to complete tech packs and fit comments.
- Assist during fit sessions and document necessary changes with the Product Developer and Fit Technician.- Maintain and update production and sampling follow-up charts using Excel.
Merchandising : - Assist with cutting and mounting fabric swatches on presentation cards.- Organize sketches, line sheets, and fabric proposals for our main brand and private label programs.
- Track sample yardage inquiries and follow up with fabric suppliers.What You Bring : - Experience in fashion production or merchandising is an asset.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to maintain organized production files.- A proactive attitude and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
