Job Description

BMO is currently sourcing for a Audit Administrator position on a 7- month contract.

The selected candidate will be assisting in coordinating and meeting audit requirements when BMO Private Wealth is the subject of an audit.

This team acts as the face of Private Wealth line of businesses with various auditors (internal and external). Audits typically run for 3 months and usually overlap and come in regularly.

The team meets with auditors and is responsible for producing documentation to the auditors as requested and in a timely fashion.

This includes collecting requirements; setting up meetings with the auditors and the subject matter experts; to packaging the information gathered in an itemized submission for the auditors.

This is an administrative role within a collaborative team that is needed to help with the volume of audit requests and requirements.

The selected candidate will be partnering and working alongside a full-time team member.

Here are some of the key requirements and responsibilities included in this role :

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to) :

  • Setting up folders
  • Organizing documents
  • Gathering information
  • Reviewing information for completeness (based on guidance / direction)
  • Packaging information
  • Track audit requirements and statuses in Excel
  • Loading information to SharePoint

Qualifications

SharePoint : 2 years (Required)Excel (basic-intermediate knowledge) : 2 years (Required)Banking Experience : 2 years (Required)Audit Experience : 2 years (Desired)
