Are you ready to lead a dynamic sales team in the Building Envelope Industry? We are seeking a strategic and influential Director of Sales to join our company and drive sales growth across Western Canada.
As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, engaging with builders, contractors, installers, architects, designers, and distributors, and leading by example to inspire your team.
- No micro-managing! We need a forward-thinking leader who can grow sales and positively influence a high-performing sales team.
- Lead the charge! You will be instrumental in building and developing the sales team, and introducing sales processes to propel our company forward.
- Western Canada awaits! The ideal candidate will oversee the entire sales team in Canada, with a primary focus on driving growth in Western Canada.
Preferred Requirements :
- Proven experience in the Building Envelope Industry or related field.
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders across the industry.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully expanding market presence and driving sales growth.
- Previous experience working in a leadership role within the construction or building materials sector.
