Job Title : Senior Site Superintendent High-Rise Residential Construction
Location : Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
Are you an experienced construction professional ready to lead major high-rise residential projects? We are looking for a Senior Site Superintendent to take charge of the entire construction lifecycle for prominent residential developments in the GTA.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the full construction process from start to finish, ensuring project completion on time, within scope, and budget.
- Oversee on-site operations, managing subcontractors, trades, and the construction team to meet project milestones.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations, quality control standards, and building codes.
- Work closely with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of materials.
- Address and resolve on-site challenges to maintain progress and avoid delays.
- Implement and uphold health and safety standards across the site at all times.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent, specifically in high-rise residential construction.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing full-cycle high-rise residential projects from excavation through to occupancy, ideally within the GTA.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Compensation Package :
- Salary : $150,000 $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
- Bonus : Performance-based bonuses tied to project milestones and completion.
