Deliverables :

TheProject Manager is responsible for the followingactivities :

• Identifyingstrategic and operational requirements of specific project(product) management environment for ITinitiatives;
• Providingongoing advice on refinements and enhancements to the organizationsproject (product) management deliveryprocesses;
• Developingproject (product) design criteria planning activities businessobjectives communication and reporting protocols implementingplanning project prioritization and phasing strategies issuesmanagement quality assessment and transitionrequirements;
• Directingcoordinating and monitoring project (product) management activitiesto ensure timely costeffective and highquality business andcustomerfocusedresults

KeyResponsibilities :

• Articulatethe product vision and product strategy so the project (product)team knows why they are undertaking the effort of building theproduct and what the plan for doing sois.
• Prioritizefeatures and amp; manage the backlog So the project (product) teamhas a shared focus across tactical design and developmentwork.
• Establish andtrack against measurable objectives So the project (product) teamknows whether they are on the right path ornot.
• Decide when toship software So customers can experience the benefits of theproduct as soon as possible and the project (product) team cancontinue to gather valuable feedback about how to iterate on theproduct.
• Continuallyderisk product direction So the project (product) team only buildsthe features they should build based on validated customer problemsand business opportunities and increase the likelihood that theproduct will be successful in themarket
• Communicateeffectively So the project (product) team stakeholders and sponsorsare all aligned and momentum ismaintained.

• Productvision and road map (now near and futuretimeline)
• Productstrategy : target audience (endusers) problems youre trying to solvevaluepropositions
• Customerdiscovery insights through enduser researchactivities
• Productfeatures and functions through product management backlog and theauthoring of user stories with the business productowner
• Product keyperformance Indicators (KPIs) or success criteria including ametricsdashboard
• Productdecision and directionrationales
• Productwins (successstories)
• Continuousshipping of product features to improve upon the minimal viableproduct produced by the project (product) team through usercentreddesign processes and agile (scrum) deliverymethodologies
• Productrisk mitigationstrategies
• Communicationsto senior management level including executive summaries andproduct status updates asrequired.

SkillSetRequirements :

• Demonstratedexperience in communication and mediation skills with businessteams and core team members to ensure Client projects (products)are progressing according to schedule or product roadmap
• Demonstratedexperience in team building consensus building and relationshipmanagementskills
• Experience withstrategies and actions to overcome resistance to change andcapitalize on forces in support of change during all stages ofprojects Discovery Alpha Beta Live or similar deliverymethodologies
• Experiencewith identification to risk events and issues before they occur sothat proper mitigating strategies can bedeveloped.
• Ability toarticulate and prioritize issues and risks at program managementand senior executive level and recommend mitigation strategies fordecisionmakers
• Ability tocreate and maintain a product road map which describes how yourproduct is likely to evolve overtime.
• Ability todelivery on a (project) product with a balanced team (product owneruser experience designers developers) utilizing Agile (SCRUM)delivery methodologies.

Scrum master experience ispreferred.

• Experiencegathering and developing requirements in order to create andmaintain a detailed project schedule and / or integratedplan
• Experience withproject (product) program and / or portfolio reporting tomultistakeholders at senior executivelevels;
• Experiencewith participating in steering committee and stakeholderforums.
• BasicKnowledge in Microsoft Azure cloudplatform
• Knowledge ofonline collaboration tools such as MIRO Atlassian Confluence andTrello Microsoft Office 365 Google Drive Zoom Slack and MicrosoftTeams
• Knowledge ofBacklog Management tools such as JIRA Azure DevOps PivotalTracker
• Stronginterpersonal and negotiationskills
• Strongpresentation verbal and written communicationskills
