POSITION OVERVIEW :

Working with the Waypoint Data & Analytics Team, provide insights on business performance to support Waypoint’s strategic priorities.

Act as a subject matter expert and empower leaders across the organization to make data driven business decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Business Intelligence & Analytics Strategy and Performance

  • Play a key role in implementing the business intelligence and analytics strategy, providing subject matter expertise for the development
  • Develop a comprehensive reporting suite using various business systems to highlight key performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative data analysis that translates findings into actionable recommendations to support corporate and business line strategies
  • Monitors and communicates performance measures and key performance indicators for Waypoint
  • Other duties as assigned

Risk Management and Compliance

  • Identify and manage operational and business performance risks that may impact the company’s ability to achieve business objectives
  • Regularly review the business data collection and reporting to ensure accuracy, quality and adherence to standards

Business Operational Support

  • Provides subject matter expertise through participation in process improvement projects
  • Establishes relationships with leaders at all levels across the organization, partnering to monitor results and identify opportunities for improvement

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Exceptional communication, organization, analytical and people skills
  • Requires Validation with Waypoint Subject Matter Experts and Job Target-related language (Predictive Index)
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing business analytics strategies to drive business results
  • Knowledge of business intelligence and data analytics methods and best practices
  • Problem-solving mindset, enthusiastic about delving into business performance and results
  • High degree of initiative, problem solving, and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI or other data visualization tools
