Overview : We have a Client, near Montreal, Quebec seeking a mechanically and electrically-skilled Field Service Tech, fluent in French and English, and willing to travel internationally!
Qualifications Upfront :
- Associate's degree in technical field OR 5+ years of heavy industrial service experience (electrical / mechanical systems focus)
- Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal)
- Ability to write clear technical reports independently Use of Salesforce
- Valid driver's license and insurable status
- MSHA Surface / Underground certifications required (annual renewal)
- 60% travel required (including international); flexible schedule including weekends
Responsibilities :
- Train customers in equipment installation, operation, and maintenance
- Identify service / parts needs and generate quotes
- Conduct service visits and provide detailed reports
- Manage customer data and service records in SalesForce
- Optimize resources while maximizing service value and sales opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to improve product performance
- Support factory assembly and special projects as needed
Types of Machinery :
- Crushing & Screening Equipment : Primary and secondary crushing solutions, Vibrating screens, Coanda screens
- Separation & Processing Equipment : Decanter centrifuges, Vertical cuttings dryers, Vibratory centrifuges, Shale shakers
- Material Handling : Multiple feeder options, Pumping solutions
- Fluid Management : Packaged fluid recycling systems
