The Role :
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Architect with exemplary leadership skills and a clear vision for the future of architecture.
With 10+ years in the industry, this role invites you to guide projects from inception through completion, mentor a dynamic team, build client relationships and set a standard of excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities :
- Drive design with innovative, practical solutions across diverse, high-profile projects, setting the standard for creative and operational excellence.
- Manage projects from concept to construction, showcasing your leadership and creativity at every stage.
- Work alongside principals, associates, senior architects, and interns fostering a culture where everyone’s strengths shine.
- Mentor junior architects, foster skill growth, and create an environment of support and learning
- Take an active role in client relations and construction administration, ensuring clear and effective coordination.
- Stay ahead of trends, bringing fresh ideas and inspiring the team to leverage the latest technologies.
- Develop, review, and maintain architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents to the highest standards.
- Embrace industry trends and bring fresh perspectives to the design process.
- Build strong client connections, create impactful presentations, and convey design concepts with confidence.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution and optimal use of resources.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Registration as an architect with AIBC
- 10+ years of professional experience with an impressive, diverse project portfolio.
- Progress towards or achievement of architectural licensure preferred.
- Skilled in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Proven experience managing projects from concept through completion.
- Exceptional communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- A deep commitment to architecture and a drive to make a lasting impact.
