Are you an experienced professional with over five years of outside sales or maintenance expertise in rotating equipment?

Adecco is currently hiring a permanent full-time experienced and detail oriented Outside Technical Sales Representative to work Surrey, BC .

In this role you will be responsible for promoting, maintaining, and developing our client’s market area to increase profitability by promoting the sales and rotating equipment solutions to new and existing customers.

You will also be responsible for maintaining an extensive presence and actively seeking new sales opportunities with clients within British Columbia.

OTE Range : $100K - 125K+per year.

Location : Surrey and Lower mainland, BC

Shift : Monday to Friday 8 : 00am 4 : 00pm (with shift flexibility)

Responsibilities :

Promoting the company’s products and repair services through sound and ethical business practices as related to the customers and the public.

Gathering competitive information and other market information regularly.

Identifying and growing business opportunities with new customers to meet and exceed sales targets.

Answering client queries and identifying new business opportunities among existing customers

Developing trusted relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders to ensure they are up-to-date and aware of company’s scope of products.

Monitoring operations in their area to ensure that client needs are being appropriately met and that all corporate policies and procedures are being adhered to

Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g.,monthly / quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).

Managing account information and opportunities through Salesforce

Preparing and presenting proposals and quotes.

Qualifications :

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience is a must

Solid expertise and demonstrated knowledge in conventional, upstream / midstream and Industrial Sales

Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels internally and externally

Solid understanding with analytical skills of technical documents

Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships
