  • To provide efficient service in afriendly manner; to assist register and checkout hotel guests aswell as representing in a professional way the companysvalues.
  • Provide effective fast service in afriendly manner
  • Check in and out hotel guestsaccording to standards and policies
  • Answerincoming calls
  • Monitor for special rates andbilling arrangements
  • Ensure the highest levelof guest satisfaction by addressing concernspromptly
  • Review and prepare for VIP and ALLloyalty members arrivals to ensure flawless checkinexperience
  • Coordinate the storage / delivery ofguest mail / messages / packages including the monitoring processingand distribution thereof
  • Ensure front desk isstocked with essential materials
  • Maintain aprofessional neat and wellgroomed appearance adhering to Hotelgrooming standards
  • Pass on any guest commentsto Assistant Front Office Manager / Manager onDuty
  • Make certain to be familiar with fire andemergency procedures
  • Other responsibilitiesconnected with Front Office may berequired

Qualifications :

  • Previous frontdesk / reception experience a strong asset
  • Musthave effective communication skills
  • Knowledgeof Microsoft Windows XP an asset
  • Knowledge ofMicros PMS / Opera an asset
  • Must have a goodcommand of the Englishlanguage
  • Hotel / Hospitality degree or diploma anasset
  • Available for shift work includingweekends andholidays
