What is the opportunity?

In the role of Director, Wealth Management Strategy and Transformation , you will be responsible for leading initiatives that drive the Global Wealth Management growth strategy and support the implementation of best solutions aligned to the strategy.

You will identify, research, analyze, recommend, and provide solutions to shape WM Strategy. Your thought leadership and collaboration with leaders across LOBs will help shape the Wealth Management strategy.

What will you do?

  • Establish credibility by quickly acquiring and demonstrating subject matter expertise and deep knowledge in Private Banking business
  • Formulate and design the evolution of Wealth Management strategy in partnership with Wealth Management leaders.
  • Develop a strong partnership across Wealth Management lines of business and enterprise partners.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to advance Wealth Management businesses with the focus on revenue growth, profitability, risk management, and client and employee experience.
  • Support the implementation of complex projects of various scopes and types through problem identification, formulation of methodical approaches, and drive to outcome.
  • Your projects will involve structuring collaborative workshops, facilitation, interviews, presentations, comprehensive data & financial analysis.
  • You provide strategic advice and well-studied recommendations communicated effectively through proper business and financial language and earn the right of being a trusted advisor to business leaders, peers, and business partners.
  • You recognize business complexity and make trade-off decisions to relentlessly prioritize and define appropriate actions to achieve work stream objectives.
  • Constructively challenge the status quo by leveraging our diversity of thoughts, demonstrating openness to different perspectives, and passionately debating to advance our business
  • Raise risks and issues appropriately and provide solutions to minimize their impact on work stream timelines and quality of deliverables.
  • Contribute to the unique culture of Wealth Management Strategy and Transformation team by continually demonstrating commitment to coach and develop the team and grow the professional capabilities of the group and yourself.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • Strong understanding and experience in the High-Net-Worth Client Segment, asset management and / or Wealth Management, investment banking, equity research or sales
  • Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree (such as MBA, finance, engineering, or science)
  • Financial designations (CPA, CFA) or demonstration of strong financial acumen
  • Familiar with core banking and wealth management products and financial instruments
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Management Consulting experience
  • Additional designations Agile, Lean and Six Sigma, Change management
