Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor of Education Degree Hold, or be eligible to hold, a Manitoba Teaching Certificate A minimum of five years of successful teaching experience Hold, or be eligible to hold, a Manitoba Certificate in School Leadership or working towards Preferably a Master of Education Degree or Post-Baccalaureate in administration or curriculum, or other relevant field Demonstrated collaborative leadership with skills in school administration, program development / implementation, supervision, educational research and fiscal management.
Ability to relate to the school community and the community value base. Parkland Elementary School , located in the western part of the City of Winkler, is a dynamic and innovative Grades K-8 school.
