We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and process bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
• Pack goods securely for shipment and affix identifying information and shipping instructions to each package.
• Document and prepare invoices and work orders accurately.
• Obtain special permits and necessary documents for international cargo transportation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of shipments and inventory.

Qualifications :

• Proficient in computer and technology use, including database and inventory control software.
• Experienced with MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Windows.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in shipping or a similar role is preferred.
