Party Logistics Centre and The Mobile Shop locations.
The Mobile Shop™ (a fully owned division of Loblaw Inc) is located in over 200 Loblaw and Loblaw-affiliated stores across Canada.

Responsibilities
- Follows up with vendors, receives credit notes follow-up / Receiving of credit notes
- Resolves or escalates store issues in a professional manner
- Liaises with an extended warranty company to resolve customer concerns
- Liaises with 3
party logistics centre regarding store returns
- Posts weekly store tasks and follows-up on them with stores
- Monitors store supply requests
- Performs other related duties
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- Wireless retail experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of POS is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
