We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated General Manager to lead the operations of a 250+-room branded full-service hotel that includes restaurants and banquet facilities.

This property is part of a renowned international hotel group, offering a dynamic and challenging environment where exceptional service and operational excellence are paramount.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel delivers a world-class guest experience, drives revenue growth, and maintains high standards of brand consistency.

This role requires a proven leader with a track record of success in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be a strong decision-maker, capable of managing complex operations while fostering a team-driven, goal-oriented culture.

You will work closely with department heads to align strategies with company objectives while ensuring the hotel consistently achieves performance targets and exceeds guest expectations.

The Salary range is $110-155K plus bonuses.

Description

  • Provide visionary leadership and oversee daily hotel operations, including rooms, restaurants, and banquet facilities.
  • Ensure the hotel meets or exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs), with a focus on revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Make independent decisions that positively impact the overall hotel performance, with an emphasis on achieving goals outlined in STR reports.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless operations and superior guest service across all areas.
  • Foster a goal-oriented culture, motivating and leading the team to achieve excellence in service delivery and financial targets.
  • Uphold and maintain the brand standards to ensure the hotel delivers consistent quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and performance metrics to optimize profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role at a branded full-service hotel.
  • General Manager Certification from a branded hotel (e.g. Hilton) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of hotel brand standards and the ability to consistently uphold them.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and act upon STR reports and other key performance indicators.
  • Excellent managerial and leadership skills, with a track record of driving teams toward achieving ambitious goals.
  • Ability to make sound, independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with staff, guests, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial performance.
