12month contract withthe potential for permanentemployment.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Workschedule : Monday to Friday with rotating shifts between 8 : 00 am and8 : 00 pm.
Fully remote open tocandidates acrossCanada.
Responsibilities :
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and externalclients.
Communicate effectivelywith plan members and sponsors in a calm professionalmanner.
Access and manageinformation from internalsystems.
Research and resolveinquiries within establishedtimelines.
Handle sensitiveissues while ensuring the confidentiality of personalinformation.
Provide technicalsupport for online claim submissions including password resets andtroubleshooting with clientsystems.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Postsecondary education isrequired.
1 year of customerservice experience.
Knowledge ofmedical terminology (preferred).
Proficient computer and keyboardingskills.
Ability to adapt andthrive in a fastpacedenvironment.
Strong communicationskills; Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken andwritten) to support clients in both languages(preferred).
Excellentinterpersonal skills and a collaborative teamplayer.
Strong attention todetail and organizational skills.
Ability to meetdeadlines.
