Hours : Monday to Friday 10-6
Location : Mississauga ON
WFH 2 days a week (Monday / Friday)
Salary : 25$ / hour

Responsibilities
What are the responsibilities?
- Receiving inbound / outbound calls of up to 50 per day
- providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
- processing orders
- holding escalations and various levels of customer inquiries
- working alongside health professionals
- hitting KPIs and maintaining exceptional service on all interactions
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- FLUENT BILINGUAL (FRENCH & ENGLISH)
- Self-motivated, Quick Learner, Tech-Savvy
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience
- Excellent communication in English and French
