If you're an experienced and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a deep understanding of the evolving insurance landscape, we want you to join our dynamic and passionate team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
• Manage an existing book of business by working closely with Producers and Insurance companies to ensure smooth account management.
• Oversee the administrative functions of the business, including the processing of renewals, endorsements, cancellations, billing, certificates, binders, quoting, and general inquiries (phone calls, emails).
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to support the growth and success of the brokerage.
• Represent Five Star Insurance at industry events and foster strong relationships with insurance carriers.
• Provide mentorship and support to new producers and other team members, helping them grow in their roles and achieve success.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Active RIBO License in good standing.
• Proven success in attracting and retaining commercial clients.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage expectations effectively.
• Attention to detail, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering results.
