Responsibilities include :
- Maintaining an existing portfolio
- Maximizing client retention
- Supporting existing Team Members
- Follow set procedures and processes
- Working on company portals and within TAM to service and process client requests / changes
- Resolving client concerns and complaints while ensuring Service Excellence Standards are met
- Respond to inbound telephone inquiries
- Prompt response to all customer inquiries by providing effective and efficient customer service verbally, written and / or electronic communication form
- Ability to clearly explain coverage and limits to clients while making recommendations to their ever changing needs
- Conduct customer file reviews and ensure accuracy
- Able to work independently and as a Team
- Achieve performance objectives
Qualifications :
- RIBO licensed
- Personal Lines Account Management (1 yr minimum / 3+ yrs preferred)
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
